Affirmation Stations started as a way to share something close to my heart. I wanted my kids to grow up with tools that helped them believe in themselves, speak kindly to their minds, and carry confidence into everything they do.

What began as little affirmations at home has grown into resources for families and classrooms everywhere. My hope is that these simple tools inspire a lifetime of mindfulness and positivity.
